Mechanical
Our Mechanical team is responsible for the design and mechanical calculation of pressure vessels, storage tanks, towers, heat exchangers, and all other equipment required for the operation of process plants. In addition, they oversee the selection and specification of dynamic equipment such as pumps and compressors, essential for fluid handling and energy generation. These responsibilities include the following tasks:
1. Equipment Selection and Specification
We develop equipment specifications for construction and procurement from the early stages of the project, anticipating future capacity expansions and aligning delivery schedules with project milestones. We coordinate with vendors to analyze critical path
items in the manufacturing process to ensure timely delivery. We also select the technology or type of equipment that best fits the project requirements and process conditions, considering efficiency, safety, capacity, reliability, operating costs, maintenance, on-site service availability, spare parts provision, and ease of installation and operation.
2. Equipment Design and Calculation
We carry out the design and mechanical calculation of equipment with a focus on optimizing fabrication and delivery time to meet project schedules. Our interdisciplinary design approach delivers solutions that take into account transportation, installation, access, operation, and maintenance of the equipment and all associated components.
3. Mechanical and Condition Analysis
We perform vibration and pulsation studies, stress analysis, thermal simulations, and structural calculations to prevent failures, optimize performance, and extend the lifespan of existing equipment. These assessments apply to both static and rotating elements.
4. Lifecycle Management
We support all stages of the equipment lifecycle — from initial design, specification, and procurement to engineering follow-up, construction, operation, maintenance, and replacement.
5. Installation Supervision, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-Up Support
During manufacturing, we monitor critical stages and supervise on-site installation. We assist quality teams during inspections, verify critical tolerances, and validate operating conditions. We actively participate in the commissioning phase, ensuring all systems perform according to design.
In summary, the Mechanical team ensures the reliable operation of all mechanical systems — both static and dynamic — enabling plants to operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the demands of the energy sector. Their technical expertise and diagnostic capabilities help maintain operational continuity, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure consistent performance of dynamic systems.
