With this insight, Hytech works alongside the client to define execution, procurement, and contracting strategies aimed at minimizing risk and maximizing project efficiency.
Depending on the technical and management capabilities of contractors, suppliers, and workshops, Hytech adjusts its engineering scope to ensure that each stakeholder contributes at the right stage and with the appropriate level of definition. This may involve developing early detailed engineering for parties with limited internal capacity, or delegating certain decisions to later stages in the case of robust EPC contractors or suppliers — always maintaining our role as Owner Engineer (OE).
When limitations are identified, Hytech provides active support to ensure schedule compliance and cost control in the face of potential deviations, even contributing key personnel in contract administration or Project Services roles.
With an integrated perspective, Hytech participates across the entire project lifecycle — from early-stage visualization to commissioning and start-up (PEM). We offer flexibility to adapt to each project’s needs, providing not only engineering services but also procurement management, quality inspections at workshops, and construction supervision.
