Conceptual Engineering and Basic Engineering
Hytech led the development of the Conceptual and Basic Engineering for the wastewater treatment plant at the AXION-PAE Refinery, a strategic project aimed at ensuring clean discharge into the river and improving operational sustainability.
The project included the design of new facilities and the expansion of existing systems for the comprehensive management of liquid effluents, integrating secondary and tertiary treatment processes within the refinery’s overall expansion strategy.
The scope also included the assessment of existing effluents in terms of quantity and quality, stream segregation and rationalization, evaluation of treatment technologies, utility requirements analysis, and the preparation of technical specifications for the primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment systems.
The highly detailed Basic Engineering enabled early equipment procurement and civil works contracting.
