Procurement Management

Our Procurement Management team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the timely supply of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution. As a strategic partner to our clients, we align with each project’s key drivers — schedule, cost, and scope — to define purchasing and contracting strategies that minimize risk and maximize efficiency.

Thanks to our comprehensive project vision and technical expertise, we support our clients from the early stages to anticipate critical needs, adapt engineering to the availability of key supplies, and ensure the timely delivery of long-lead items (LLI) that impact the project’s critical path.

Our specific tasks include:

1. Contract Administration

We manage contracts throughout their full lifecycle — from the bidding process to final delivery and warranty compliance — ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and cost.

2. Procurement and Supply Planning

In coordination with engineering and planning teams, we define material, equipment, and service requirements according to the project’s execution strategy. Based on this, we develop supply schedules, prioritizing items that affect the critical path due to operational relevance, delivery time, or technical complexity.

3. Request and Purchase Order Management

We centralize technical requests and coordinate with the purchasing department throughout the bidding process, up to the issuance of purchase orders. We ensure both technical scope and commercial/contractual requirements are met.

4. Engineering, Manufacturing, and Delivery Follow-Up

We monitor the progress of engineering, fabrication, and equipment dispatches, supported by our technical and quality teams working closely with workshops and vendors.

5. Storage and Logistics Management

We coordinate with warehouses and logistics contractors for the transportation, receipt, and storage of materials at the construction site — ensuring safety, traceability, and schedule compliance at every stage.

6. Multidisciplinary Interface

We act as a liaison between engineering, quality, technical office, contractors, logistics, and the client, integrating technical and commercial variables to achieve a smooth, efficient supply chain aligned with project goals.
