Engineering, Local procurament, Manufacturing and Construction assistance, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up
Shell’s compressor station in Añelo, commissioned in 2021, was key to optimizing unconventional gas production in Vaca Muerta. With technology capable of increasing line pressure from 4 to 85 bar, this facility improved transportation efficiency and consolidated the infrastructure necessary for the sustained development of the Bajada de Añelo block.
Hytech was responsible for engineering, local procurement, fabrication, and construction support during the build. Additionally, it led the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up phases, ensuring comprehensive execution aligned with the highest industrial quality standards.
All of this was developed in partnership with the construction companies Sima and Solar Turbines, under the supervision of TGN, the company responsible for plant operation.
